Proper Usage & Clean-up
Proper usage and care are crucial to ensuring a safe towing experience and preventing additional maintenance fees. Please adhere to the following guidelines while operating our equipment.
Don't load the trailer above weight capacity, Overloading compromises braking performance, damages the suspension, and significantly increases the risk of accidents.
Always ensure that rear gates, ramp doors, and hydraulic mechanisms are fully latched and secured before transit. Operating the trailer with unlatched doors can cause severe structural damage and create road hazards.
Use only approved Materials. Avoid hauling hazardous, corrosive, or highly flammable materials that could damage the trailer bed or violate local transportation regulations.
Distribute Weight Evenly . Ensure that approximately 60% of the cargo weight is positioned ahead of the trailer axles to prevent dangerous trailer sway and maintain steering control.
Perform Pre-Trip Inspections. Verify that the trailer coupler is securely locked onto the ball, safety chains are crossed and attached, and all trailer lights and brakes are functioning correctly.
Return Clean and Empty. To avoid cleaning fees, please ensure the trailer is completely emptied of all debris, dirt, and materials before returning it to our facility.

What Do I Need to Rent A Trailer?
You'll need a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a tow vehicle with adequate towing capacity. You'll also sign a rental contract online before pickup.
Does My Vehicle Need To Be Able To Tow The Trailer?
Yes. You are responsible for ensuring your tow vehicle can safely handle the trailer's weight. If you don't have a capable tow vehicle, ask us about our moving and hauling service — we'll transport it for you.
Can I book online?

Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We offer a convenient delivery and pickup service if you can't transport the trailer yourself. Contact us for delivery availability and pricing in your area.
What trailers do you have available?
We currently offer three trailers: a hydraulic dump trailer ($180/day), an enclosed box trailer ($175/day), and a flatbed trailer ($175/day). Each is well-maintained and ready for your project.
Are there discounts for longer rentals?
Yes. Weekly rentals receive 22% off the daily rate, and monthly rentals receive 23.8% off. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout.
What can I haul in the dump trailer?
The dump trailer is designed for dirt, gravel, concrete rubble, demolition debris, and similar bulk materials. Please avoid hauling hazardous, corrosive, or highly flammable materials, as these violate our rental terms and local transportation regulations.
What happens if I return the trailer dirty or with materials still in it?
Trailers must be returned completely empty and free of debris. Trailers returned with remaining materials or excessive dirt will be subject to a cleaning fee.
